Welcome to The Creative Scholars Collective (CSC)! By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our services, including our website, mentoring programs, consultations, workshops, or any other products or services provided by CSC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Services Provided

CSC offers various services, including, but not limited to:

One-on-one mentorship for doctoral students

Chapter review and feedback

Writing support and consultation

Academic writing workshops

Support in developing research proposals, dissertations, and scholarly publications

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and enrolled in or pursuing graduate-level education. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Some Services may require payment. Fees for services will be clearly communicated before you commit. Payment must be made in full before receiving services unless otherwise agreed upon. CSC reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, but any changes will be communicated before applying to your service.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in cases where services have not been rendered or if CSC is unable to meet its obligations. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date. Refunds will not be issued for completed services, consultations, or workshops.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the consultation process and for meeting any deadlines agreed upon with CSC. Failure to provide the necessary documents or communication in a timely manner may result in delays or cancellation of services.

7. Confidentiality

CSC respects your privacy and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your academic work and personal information. Any materials shared with us during the consultation or mentorship process will be kept confidential unless you provide written consent for sharing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created or provided by CSC, including but not limited to course materials, writing tools, and consultations, are the intellectual property of CSC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.

9. Termination of Services

CSC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user who violates these Terms or who engages in inappropriate or harmful behavior. In cases of termination, refunds will be provided only for services not yet rendered.

10. Limitations of Liability

CSC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to CSC in the previous six months.

11. Amendments to Terms

CSC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
